I love this idea... I'd like to see an 8 minute timer for these sorts of things. Not only does it keep discussions short but it keeps people honest, focused and humble... knowing that our natural tendencies aren't always "correct" is good for a work environment. Especialy when working hard and doing a good job... Arrogance and short-sightedness can really create unusable applications.
